"Awesome gadget for notifying me about messages..."
This is an awesome gadget for letting me know about texts or phone calls during emergencies since I'm Deaf. The only letdown was that I didn't know the vibrating pad had to be bought separately.

"The review request showed up ahead of the phone..."
I got this review request before the phone even showed up. The extra phone was supposed to be here by 27/12, but it didn’t come until 31/12. The packaging mentions compatible phones but doesn’t include the one we intended to use it with, even though your site does. Guess we’ll see how it goes.

"An incredibly helpful tool."
I've got a couple of these gadgets already, and I picked this one up for a neighbor who was struggling to hear conversations on the phone. She was really pleased with the suggestion and is now making great use of her Phone Plus. The package arrived nicely wrapped and was shipped quickly, so we experienced the same excellent service from Sarabec.

"Great to chat with a real person in customer support"
The service and communication were solid, but with the postal strike going on, they ought to have refunded the next day delivery fee since it took 4 days for the item to arrive. It’s not entirely their fault, but they really ought to mention that THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.

"Unexpectedly fast delivery of new batteries..."
I was taken aback by how quickly I got the replacement batteries, but I was a bit puzzled to see they were upgraded versions instead of the older ones meant for my loop system. A little info included would’ve saved me from having to reach out to customer support. That said, the service and help I received were both excellent. Thanks a bunch!
